Datamaker Ghana Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic Data Annotation Specialists to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in training AI technologies by labeling, tagging, and categorizing data (images, text, and videos) with high accuracy.

​Key Responsibilities

​As a Data Annotation Specialist, you will actively:

• ​Label and annotate large datasets (images, video, text, and audio) according to specific project guidelines.
• ​Identify and categorize key elements within data to help machine learning models recognize patterns.
• ​Collaborate with team leads and quality assurance specialists to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• ​Meet daily production targets while maintaining the highest quality standards.
• ​Participate in feedback sessions to continuously improve data labeling precision.

​Key Requirements & Qualifications

​We welcome entry-level applicants who meet the following criteria:

• ​Minimum Education: Senior High School (SHS) Graduate, Diploma, or Degree holder.
• ​Tech Literacy: Basic computer literacy (familiarity with navigating PCs, using the internet, and basic software).
• ​Training Commitment: Willingness to fully participate in and complete our free 2-week intensive training program prior to full deployment.
• ​Skills: Strong attention to detail, good concentration skills, and a strong work ethic.
• ​Mindset: A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new digital tools and technologies.
