Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and energetic Delivery Personnel to support our daily logistics operations. The successful candidate will handle deliveries efficiently, maintain professionalism when interacting with customers, and contribute to smooth and timely distribution processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver packages accurately and on time to assigned destinations.
• Load, transport, and unload goods safely and efficiently.
• Verify delivery details and obtain customer acknowledgments where required.
• Plan routes effectively to optimize delivery schedules.
• Maintain proper records of deliveries and report any discrepancies.
• Ensure all assigned equipment or vehicles are handled responsibly.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and company procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

• Basic education (JHS/SHS Certificate), HND, or Diploma.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills.

Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in delivery, retail, warehouse, or logistics roles is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Good knowledge of routes within Accra and surrounding areas.
• Physical fitness and ability to carry out loading and unloading tasks.
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
