Job Summary

The Design Manager will lead the full design vision of construction projects from concept through execution. The successful candidate will coordinate design processes, ensure alignment with project goals, and drive creativity while maintaining technical and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall design direction for construction projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure cohesive design execution.
• Review and approve design plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, regulations, and client requirements.
• Oversee project timelines and ensure design milestones are met.
• Identify and resolve design challenges proactively.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the construction sector.
• Proven ability to lead and manage design teams effectively.
• Strong understanding of construction design principles and project delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
