Job Summary

The Digital Technology Graduate Trainee participates in a structured development program designed to build technical, analytical, and digital innovation capabilities. The role supports digital projects, learns core technology systems, and contributes to product and service improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support digital transformation and technology-related projects across the organization.
• Assist in the development, testing, and improvement of digital products and services.
• Participate in system analysis, data review, and process improvement activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technology-driven solutions.
• Learn and apply emerging digital tools, platforms, and frameworks.
• Contribute to documentation, reporting, and project tracking activities.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Graduate from a recognized university.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in any field (Technology, IT, or data-related disciplines preferred).
• Possess a postgraduate qualification (an added advantage).
• Demonstrate a strong interest in digital technologies and product development.
• Show basic understanding of programming, systems, or data concepts (an advantage).
