Position Summary

KUO Fire Safety Ltd is seeking a reliable, safety-conscious, and customer-focused Dispatch Rider to support the timely and efficient delivery of documents, parcels, and company materials. The successful candidate will manage daily delivery assignments, maintain accurate delivery records, ensure motorcycle safety, and provide professional service to clients and colleagues.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Accra routes, excellent time management skills, and a commitment to safe and responsible riding practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver documents, parcels, equipment, and company materials safely and promptly to assigned locations.
• Plan efficient delivery routes to ensure timely and cost-effective service.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain proof of delivery where required.
• Confirm deliveries with clients and provide updates on delivery status when necessary.
• Conduct routine inspections of the assigned motorcycle and report faults or maintenance requirements promptly.
• Ensure the motorcycle remains clean, roadworthy, and properly maintained at all times.
• Perform basic motorcycle checks, including fuel levels, tires, brakes, and other safety components.
• Comply with all road traffic regulations, company safety policies, and safe riding practices.
• Handle company documents, parcels, and materials responsibly and securely.
• Provide professional, courteous, and respectful service when interacting with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• Report accidents, incidents, delays, or delivery challenges promptly.
• Support other operational activities as assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

• Minimum of Senior High School (SHS) Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Valid Ghanaian Rider’s Licence (Motorcycle Licence) is required.

Experience & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Dispatch Rider or in a similar field role.
• Strong knowledge of roads, routes, and traffic conditions within Accra.
• Experience handling business deliveries and maintaining delivery records is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of motorcycle maintenance and troubleshooting will be an added advantage.
• Must reside in Accra, with candidates from Spintex and surrounding areas preferred.
