Job Purpose

The Driver provides safe, reliable, and timely transportation for the Director and other staff as assigned. The role ensures efficient travel operations while adhering to traffic regulations and organizational safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the Director and other staff safely to designated locations within and outside Accra

• Maintain punctuality and adhere to assigned schedules, including long hours, Saturdays, and holidays

• Conduct routine vehicle inspections, including checking oil, fuel, tires, and overall vehicle condition

• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of assigned vehicles

• Assist with errands, deliveries, and other duties as assigned

• Report any vehicle issues or incidents promptly to management

• Follow all traffic regulations and organizational safety guidelines

Educational & Professional Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ professional driving experience within and outside Accra

• Must be residing in Accra

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays

• Valid driver’s license

• Safe and defensive driving skills

• Punctual, reliable, and responsible

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently

• Strong knowledge of Accra and surrounding areas
