Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to support the design, execution, testing, and commissioning of high-voltage transmission line and substation projects. The successful candidate will provide technical expertise across power systems, ensure compliance with engineering standards, and contribute to successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, review, and support execution of transmission line and substation engineering works
• Lead and support testing, commissioning, and energization activities for HV systems
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide engineering solutions during project execution
• Oversee transmission line relocation and substation installation activities
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and utility requirements
• Prepare detailed engineering documentation, reports, and technical drawings
• Support protection system configuration, testing, and validation
• Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
• Conduct site inspections and verify engineering quality and performance standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes and project delivery

Qualifications & Requirements

• BSc in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in HV transmission line and substation projects
• Strong experience in transmission line relocation, substations, protection systems, and commissioning
• Membership of a recognized professional engineering institution is desirable
