Job Summary

The Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist leads the implementation and monitoring of health, safety, and environmental standards across the facility. The role focuses on risk prevention, compliance, and building a strong safety culture to ensure a safe and healthy workplace for all employees.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
  • Deliver safety training sessions and induction programs for employees and contractors.
  • Investigate workplace incidents and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.
  • Monitor compliance with company safety policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate safety records and documentation.
  • Support emergency response planning and drills.

Qualification Required & Experience

Required Qualifications:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Possess NEBOSH or IOSH certification.
  • Demonstrate prior experience in industrial safety (an advantage).
  • Exhibit strong communication, analytical, and report-writing skills.
