We are seeking an experienced and skilled Barman to join our team and deliver outstanding beverage service to our guests.

This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who is passionate about mixology, customer service, and creating memorable bar experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and engage positively with guests at the bar.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized bar area at all times.
• Take and process drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Recommend beverages and upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and revenue.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock ordering and control.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and use of bar equipment and ingredients.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Handle cash and billing transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Collaborate with restaurant and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements

• HND or higher qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage.
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience as a barman in a hotel or restaurant environment.
• Strong knowledge of beverage preparation, mixology, and bar operations.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, discipline, and professionalism.
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
