Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service delivery.
• Provide detailed menu knowledge and make recommendations to guests.
• Serve food and beverages according to established service standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and feedback.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of dining areas before, during, and after service.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Handle billing and payment processes accurately and efficiently.
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and hospitality standards at all times.
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• HND or higher qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience as a waiter in a hotel or restaurant environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and guest relations abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong teamwork, discipline, and attention to detail.
