Position Overview

Sersi Couture is seeking a talented and passionate Fashion Designer to join its team. The ideal candidate will contribute creative design ideas, stay informed about current fashion trends, and support the development of stylish collections that meet the brand’s standards.

The Fashion Designer will work closely with the production team to transform design concepts into finished garments while ensuring quality and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Create original fashion designs that align with the brand’s style and customer preferences.

• Develop sketches and concepts for garments and collections.

• Select appropriate fabrics, colors, and materials for designs.

• Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are accurately executed.

• Monitor fashion trends and incorporate relevant ideas into new designs.

• Assist in fittings and make adjustments to improve garment quality and fit.

• Maintain high standards of creativity, craftsmanship, and professionalism.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Certificate in Fashion Design from a recognized institution.

• Proven experience in the fashion design field.

• Strong creativity and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of pattern making is an added advantage.

• Good understanding of current fashion trends and styles.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
