The company seeks a motivated and results-driven Female Sales Representative to join its team and contribute to expanding its market presence and strengthening client relationships nationwide.


Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the company’s healthcare and medical products to clients across assigned territories
  • Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue sales leads
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and clients
  • Present product information clearly and provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance objectives
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management
  • Support the General Manager with administrative and operational tasks when required (especially at entry level)

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Background in medical or healthcare-related disciplines is preferred
  • Experience or knowledge in in vitro diagnostics (IVD) is an added advantage

Experience

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably within the medical, healthcare, or related industries
  • Entry-level candidates may be considered for a Sales Assistant role, with responsibilities that include supporting the General Manager and assisting with sales operations
