Job Summary

BLVCK Sapphire is seeking a proactive, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented recent graduate to join the team as a Field Implementation Assistant (Business Partner Support). The successful candidate will actively engage with partner organizations, support the rollout of digital solutions, and gather actionable insights to improve product performance and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit partner organizations across Accra to support onboarding and adoption of digital platforms.
• Guide users through system features and ensure smooth implementation processes.
• Collect feedback from partners and document insights to improve product performance.
• Troubleshoot basic user challenges and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Support field operations and ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, feedback, and implementation progress.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partner stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Recent graduate in any relevant discipline.
• Tech-savvy with ability to quickly learn new digital tools and systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Willingness to travel between partner locations within Accra.
