Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Field Manager to oversee field operations and support the effective management of commercial forestry activities within the Ashanti Region. The successful candidate will lead field teams, coordinate operational activities, and ensure productivity, efficiency, and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily field operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Lead and manage large labor teams across forestry and plantation sites
- Monitor planting, maintenance, harvesting, and land management activities
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and operational standards
- Develop and implement operational plans to support production targets
- Train, mentor, and motivate field staff to maintain high performance standards
- Monitor resource utilization and recommend improvements for operational efficiency
- Prepare field reports and provide regular operational updates to management
- Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of field equipment and materials
Education and Experience
- Degree or Diploma in Forestry, Agriculture, or a related field
- Minimum of 5–10 years of hands-on operational experience in commercial forestry
- Demonstrated experience supervising large labor teams in field operations
- Strong understanding of plantation management and forestry operations
- Experience in sustainable agriculture or forestry practices is an advantage
