Position Summary

The Field Service Analyst will support field operations by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting operational data to improve efficiency, performance, and service delivery. The role ensures accurate reporting, supports technical teams in the field, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives within mining operations.

The successful candidate will work closely with field teams, engineers, and management to ensure reliable data collection, effective problem-solving, and informed operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and analyze field operational data to support decision-making processes.
• Monitor field service activities and ensure accurate reporting of operational performance.
• Identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement within field operations.
• Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
• Support field teams in troubleshooting operational and technical issues.
• Ensure proper documentation of field activities and service records.
• Collaborate with engineers and technical staff to improve operational processes.
• Assist in implementing data-driven solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Conduct regular field visits to verify data accuracy and operational compliance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across field operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, Geology, Mining Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret technical and operational data effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in field environments and adapt to challenging conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
