We invite a results-driven and responsible professional to join our team as a Filling Station Manager in Accra.
Position Overview
As Filling Station Manager, you will lead the daily operations of the station, ensuring efficient service delivery, strict compliance with safety regulations, and accurate financial and inventory management. You will supervise staff, maintain operational excellence, and uphold the company’s standards at all times.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily filling station operations to ensure efficient customer service and safe fuel handling procedures.

Manage fuel stock levels, coordinate product deliveries, and maintain accurate inventory records.

Supervise, train, and motivate station staff while enforcing company policies and health & safety regulations.

Monitor daily sales activities and manage cash handling processes with accuracy and accountability.

Prepare and maintain accurate financial and operational reports.

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Ensure full compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Maintain cleanliness, order, and professional standards at the station.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Marketing, Procurement, or a related field (Minimum Second Class Lower).

Four (4) guarantors required.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Ability to manage and resolve conflicts professionally.

Proficiency in basic financial management and stock control.

Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Basic computer literacy.

Ability to read and interpret operational and financial documents.
