Position Overview

The organization seeks an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to lead its financial management function. The successful candidate will oversee financial planning, reporting, compliance, and controls, while providing sound financial insights to support business decision-making and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

The Finance Manager will:

• Lead and manage the finance team to ensure efficient financial operations.

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.

• Ensure full compliance with Ghanaian tax laws, financial regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.

• Oversee tax planning, filings, and statutory submissions to regulatory authorities.

• Implement and maintain strong internal controls and financial policies.

• Support audits and liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.

• Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to senior management.

• Monitor financial risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Master’s degree and/or professional certification (ACCA or CA) is preferred.

• Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

• Strong understanding of Ghanaian tax laws, financial regulations, and statutory reporting.

• Proven leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.

• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
