Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily food and beverage service operations
- Lead, train, and motivate service staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure a warm, welcoming, and professional dining experience for all guests
- Monitor service standards and ensure compliance with company policies
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure efficient service flow
- Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate shift coverage
- Monitor inventory levels and support stock control processes
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Assist in achieving sales targets and improving overall service performance
Qualifications and Requirements
- HND, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in food and beverage service, with supervisory responsibilities
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Good understanding of restaurant operations and service standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
