Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Food & Beverage Manager to lead and oversee all dining operations within our hotel. In this role, you will ensure excellent service delivery, maintain high quality standards, and create a welcoming environment that enhances guest satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all food and beverage operations within the hotel
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service efficiency and profitability
  • Supervise, train, and motivate food and beverage staff
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement processes
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
  • Prepare reports on performance, budgets, and operational activities

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
  • Qualification in Business Administration is an added advantage
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a hotel environment
  • At least 5 years of experience in a management role within food and beverage operations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment
