We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Assistant to serve as the first point of contact at our East Legon office.


Position Summary

The Front Desk Assistant plays a critical role in creating a positive first impression of Savannah Impact Advisory. This position manages front desk operations, provides administrative support, and ensures smooth day-to-day office coordination while delivering excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and staff.

The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a professional office setting.


Key Responsibilities

The Front Desk Assistant will:

  • Welcome clients, visitors, and partners in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries, and route them appropriately.

  • Maintain the reception area to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and support meeting logistics as required.

  • Receive, record, and distribute mail, deliveries, and official correspondence.

  • Provide administrative support to staff, including document preparation, filing, and data entry.

  • Maintain accurate records and support basic office reporting activities.

  • Manage office supplies and support inventory tracking as needed.

  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times.


Required Qualifications and Experience

Education

  • Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in an administrative, reception, or customer service role.

Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively under minimal supervision.

  • Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
