Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and well-presented Front Desk Executive to serve as the first point of contact for clients. The ideal candidate will actively create a welcoming environment, manage front desk operations efficiently, and support overall administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling inquiries and directing clients appropriately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
  • Handle incoming calls, messages, and correspondence promptly.
  • Support administrative tasks and ensure smooth daily office operations.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of the organization’s services and provide accurate information to clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent service delivery.

Requirements

  • Must be 28 years or above.
  • Minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Basic computer certification is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • Good grooming and professional appearance.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive attitude.
  • Clear knowledge and understanding of the organization and its services.
