Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and well-presented Front Desk Executive to serve as the first point of contact for clients. The ideal candidate will actively create a welcoming environment, manage front desk operations efficiently, and support overall administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage front desk operations, including handling inquiries and directing clients appropriately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
- Handle incoming calls, messages, and correspondence promptly.
- Support administrative tasks and ensure smooth daily office operations.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the organization’s services and provide accurate information to clients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent service delivery.
Requirements
- Must be 28 years or above.
- Minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Basic computer certification is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Good grooming and professional appearance.
- Team-oriented with a proactive attitude.
- Clear knowledge and understanding of the organization and its services.
