Role Overview

The Creative Writer & Content Creator (NSP) develops engaging, high-quality content that strengthens brand identity and drives audience engagement. The role blends storytelling, visual creativity, and digital content production to deliver impactful campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create compelling and original written content, including captions, storytelling pieces, and campaign materials.
• Develop innovative content ideas and creative concepts aligned with brand objectives.
• Produce high-quality visual content, including videos, reels, and photography.
• Edit and deliver engaging short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Transform creative ideas into engaging, scroll-stopping digital content.
• Maintain a consistent, authentic, and engaging brand voice across all channels.
• Monitor digital trends and creatively adapt them to enhance brand relevance and visibility.

Candidate Profile

• Final-year student eligible for National Service (NSS) in Ghana (2026).
• Demonstrate strong creative writing and storytelling ability.
• Possess hands-on experience in videography and/or photography.
• Think creatively, visually, and conceptually beyond execution.
• Show experience creating content for social media platforms.
• Demonstrate proficiency in basic editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Present a strong portfolio of creative work (required).
• Exhibit creativity, initiative, and a proactive mindset.
