Role Purpose

The Customer Support Representative drives customer satisfaction, service excellence, and business growth by serving as the primary link between customers and the company. The role focuses on delivering responsive support, promoting service solutions, and ensuring efficient coordination across departments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Advise customers on service product options to help reduce operating costs and improve equipment performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers while promoting the company’s products and services.
  • Act as the primary liaison between customers and the company on all product support matters.
  • Coordinate effectively with service and parts departments to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales and growth targets.
  • Provide customer training on equipment operation and maintenance requirements.
  • Promote and sell maintenance contracts and after-sales solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate parts and service quotations.
  • Coordinate service repairs and ensure timely delivery of parts.
  • Monitor competitors’ offerings and maintain updated market intelligence.
  • Track and report lost sales opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Achieve assigned targets for sales, profitability, and customer engagement.
  • Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems.
  • Respond to customer inquiries during and outside normal working hours, as required.
  • Follow up proactively to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support business objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer support, sales, or after-sales service, preferably in equipment, automotive, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent relationship management skills.
  • Good understanding of technical products and service solutions is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer applications.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
