Role Overview

The company seeks a strategic and results-driven General Manager to lead overall business operations and deliver sustainable growth. The successful candidate will provide leadership across all functional areas, optimize performance, and ensure compliance with industry regulations while strengthening the company’s market position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily operations across all departments to ensure efficiency and performance
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational standards within the petroleum haulage industry
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost controls
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners
• Provide leadership, direction, and performance management to senior team members
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Drive continuous improvement across processes, systems, and service delivery

Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Professional certifications in Logistics or Project Management (PMP) are an advantage
• 12–15 years of relevant experience, with at least 5+ years in senior management
• Proven experience in a similar leadership role, preferably within transport, logistics, or haulage operations
