Role Overview

Oraimo Ghana seeks a creative and execution-focused Marketing Specialist – BTL to drive brand visibility through billboard placements and shopfront (shophead) branding. The successful candidate will manage outdoor advertising assets, retail branding initiatives, and ensure consistent, high-impact brand presence across key locations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, secure, and manage billboard placements across strategic locations
  • Coordinate design, production, and installation of shopfront (shophead) branding materials
  • Ensure brand consistency across all outdoor and retail marketing assets
  • Liaise with vendors, landlords, and agencies to execute campaigns effectively
  • Conduct site surveys and evaluate high-traffic locations for maximum visibility
  • Monitor and maintain billboard and shop branding quality and compliance
  • Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights
  • Collaborate with sales and retail teams to align branding with business objectives
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and reporting for all BTL branding activities

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in BTL marketing, outdoor advertising, or retail branding
  • Proven experience managing billboard placements and in-store/shopfront branding is an advantage

Skills & Competencies

  • Demonstrate strong project management and execution skills
  • Show excellent negotiation and vendor management ability
  • Apply strong attention to detail in brand visibility and placement quality
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate across teams
  • Analyze locations and marketing performance to optimize results
  • Manage multiple projects within tight deadlines
