Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Lead the overall business operations and ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals and objectives.
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase market share, profitability, and brand presence.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams to support long-term growth.
  • Provide strategic direction to departmental leaders and ensure effective cross-functional collaboration.

Operations Management

  • Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and service excellence.
  • Establish and monitor operational policies, procedures, and performance standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all business functions.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

Sales and Business Development

  • Lead sales and business development initiatives to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, stakeholders, and industry players.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the automotive and electric vehicle sectors.

Team Leadership and Performance Management

  • Recruit, develop, mentor, and lead high-performing teams.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Set performance objectives and monitor key business metrics to ensure organizational success.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and support employee development initiatives.

Reporting and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Prepare and present business performance reports to executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • Analyze operational and financial data to support informed decision-making.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, networking engagements, and business forums.
  • Leverage professional networks, including LinkedIn, to enhance business visibility, partnerships, and market engagement.

Qualifications and Requirements

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • MBA or other advanced professional qualification will be a distinct advantage.

Experience and Skills

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a managerial or senior leadership role.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage business operations effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience in a sales-driven environment with a strong focus on business growth.
  • Experience within the automobile industry will be an added advantage.
  • Strong business development, commercial, and performance management capabilities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in modern business systems, reporting tools, and performance management platforms.
  • Active LinkedIn presence with a professional profile.
  • Ability to leverage LinkedIn for professional networking, brand visibility, stakeholder engagement, and business development is highly desirable.
