Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on General Manager to lead daily operations, inspire teams, and deliver an outstanding guest experience. The successful candidate will drive performance, ensure operational excellence, and create a welcoming environment for both guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all day-to-day resort operations
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service
  • Create and maintain a welcoming and customer-focused environment
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
  • Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost controls
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Manage guest relations and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Drive marketing and business development initiatives to increase occupancy and revenue
  • Maintain high standards in hospitality, cleanliness, and service delivery

Qualifications & Requirements

  • HND, Diploma, or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in hospitality management or a similar leadership role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Financial management and budgeting knowledge
  • Ability to work under pressure and make effective decisions
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality
