Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily resort operations, streamline processes, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The successful candidate will create an efficient and welcoming environment while supporting team performance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments
  • Ensure smooth coordination between front office, housekeeping, food service, and maintenance teams
  • Create and maintain a welcoming and service-oriented environment for guests and staff
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency
  • Monitor service quality and ensure high standards are consistently met
  • Supervise, train, and support staff to enhance performance
  • Manage schedules, staffing levels, and resource allocation
  • Track operational costs and support budget management
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Address guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally

Qualifications & Requirements

  • HND, Diploma, or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in operations or hospitality management
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
