Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team full-time. The successful candidate will create visually compelling content that strengthens our brand identity and supports marketing and project communication across all business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality graphics for digital and print media, including social media, websites, brochures, presentations, and advertisements
• Collaborate with marketing, architecture, and project teams to develop creative concepts and visual storytelling
• Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all visual materials
• Produce 2D and 3D visual assets where required to support real estate and design projects
• Edit images, layouts, and videos for promotional and project documentation purposes
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently
• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and design innovations

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in design software or multimedia tools will be an added advantage

Requirements & Skills

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical skills
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design tools is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
