Job Purpose

The Graphic Designer creates visually engaging designs for both digital and print platforms, ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence. The role supports marketing, branding, and production initiatives while collaborating with internal teams to deliver innovative visual solutions.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop creative graphics and layouts for digital and print materials, including brochures, posters, social media content, and promotional items.

• Collaborate with marketing and production teams to translate concepts into compelling visual designs.

• Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain high visual quality standards.

• Prepare files for print production, ensuring accuracy in color, resolution, and format.

• Manage multiple design projects, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.

• Stay updated with industry trends, design software updates, and best practices.

• Contribute ideas to campaigns, promotions, and visual storytelling initiatives.

• Maintain an organized library of design files and assets for efficient workflow.

Educational Requirements & Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.

• Proficiency in design software including Adobe Illustrator (Ai), CorelDRAW (Cdr), and Adobe Photoshop (Psd).

• Experience in print design is a plus.

• Residency in Osu, La, Teshie, or Nungua is required.
