Key Responsibilities
Drive Service Provider Acquisition
Lead initiatives aimed at increasing the number of active transport service providers on the platform through targeted field activities, community engagement programmes, and strategic partnerships.
Manage Agent & Referral Networks
Expand and optimize third-party agent and referral channels responsible for onboarding new service providers. Develop performance incentives, monitor effectiveness, and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates.
Execute Field Activations
Plan and implement on-the-ground marketing and engagement activities, including roadshows, community outreach programmes, partnership activations, and promotional events designed to attract and onboard new service providers.
Strengthen Market Presence
Coordinate branding and visibility initiatives, ensuring brand assets are effectively deployed and maintained across operational locations and partner networks.
Support Regional Expansion
Develop and execute growth strategies for underserved and emerging markets across Ghana. Build local partnerships and implement tailored initiatives to increase platform adoption in smaller cities and regional centres.
Analyse Performance Data
Monitor acquisition metrics, campaign performance, and operational KPIs. Generate insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and drive sustainable growth.
Collaborate with Stakeholders
Work closely with internal teams, external partners, community leaders, and field agents to support business objectives and ensure successful execution of growth initiatives.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Field Sales, Business Development, Growth Operations, Commercial Operations, or a similar role.
- Minimum of 5 years general experience post national service.
- Experience within technology, transportation, logistics, mobility, telecommunications, fintech, or other fast-growing service industries will be an advantage.

- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to execute field-based growth and acquisition campaigns.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Good knowledge of Ghana’s transportation, business, and regional market landscape.
