Guest Service Officer / Front Desk Officer
Location: Accra, Ghana

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and create a positive first impression of the organization.
- Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservation processes efficiently.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Provide accurate information about facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Handle telephone calls, emails, and other communication channels professionally.
- Maintain accurate guest records and update relevant information in company systems.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Resolve guest complaints effectively and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment.
- Support administrative duties and prepare reports as required by management.
Educational Requirements
- Ordinary National Diploma (OND), Higher National Diploma (HND), or Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism Management, or a related field.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of experience in guest services, front desk operations, customer service, or a related hospitality role.
- Experience working in a hotel, guest house, resort, or hospitality environment will be an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
