We are seeking a diligent, reliable, and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall comfort of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring an outstanding experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to established hospitality standards.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities as required.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize assigned areas regularly.
• Inspect rooms and facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and readiness for guests.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly to the appropriate department.
• Handle cleaning equipment and supplies safely and responsibly.
• Ensure all housekeeping tasks are completed efficiently and within designated timelines.
• Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and report shortages when necessary.
• Respond professionally and courteously to guest requests and inquiries.
• Follow company health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Support the housekeeping team in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

Educational Requirements

• Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE) or equivalent qualification.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of experience in housekeeping, cleaning services, or a related hospitality role.
• Previous experience in a hotel, guest house, resort, serviced apartment, or similar hospitality environment will be an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
