Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Academics to lead and strengthen our academic programs. You will drive curriculum development, support teaching excellence, and ensure the delivery of high standards across all academic levels, particularly within the Cambridge, Primary, and JHS frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of academic programs.
  • Oversee curriculum development aligned with the Cambridge curriculum and best practices in Primary and JHS education.
  • Support, mentor, and evaluate teaching staff to ensure high-quality instruction.
  • Monitor academic performance and implement strategies to improve student outcomes.
  • Promote innovative teaching methods and integrate emerging educational trends.
  • Collaborate with school leadership to support institutional growth and development.
  • Ensure compliance with academic standards and regulatory requirements.

Educational & Experience Requirements

  • A university degree in Education or a related field.
  • Proven experience in educational leadership, curriculum development, and institutional development.
  • Deep understanding of educational theories, best practices, and emerging trends.
  • Strong knowledge of the Cambridge curriculum, as well as Primary and JHS education systems.
