Position Summary

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Head of Corporate Affairs to lead and coordinate the Centre’s corporate communications, stakeholder engagement, public relations, and institutional branding. The successful candidate will strengthen KAIPTC’s visibility, manage key relationships, and ensure consistent and effective communication across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of corporate affairs and communication strategies.
  • Manage KAIPTC’s public relations, media engagement, and institutional branding initiatives.
  • Strengthen relationships with government agencies, development partners, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee internal and external communication to ensure consistency and clarity.
  • Provide strategic advice to senior management on corporate visibility and reputation management.
  • Coordinate public events, official engagements, and institutional outreach programs.
  • Monitor media coverage and manage institutional responses to public issues.
  • Develop content for speeches, publications, and official communication materials.
  • Promote a strong and positive institutional image locally and internationally.
  • Ensure alignment of communication strategies with KAIPTC’s mandate and strategic objectives.

Qualification Required & Experience

Requirements

  • A Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 year of relevant professional experience in corporate communications, public affairs, or related roles.
  • Proven consultative and stakeholder engagement skills with a strong customer-centric approach.
  • High learning agility with the ability to adapt to complex and evolving environments.
  • Demonstrated innovation, initiative, and strong collaborative problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
