Position Summary
We are seeking a professional and empathetic Client Service Officer to serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors at SINEL Hospital. The successful candidate will ensure excellent customer service, coordinate patient interactions, and support smooth hospital operations while maintaining a welcoming and efficient service environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and assist patients, visitors, and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage patient registration, inquiries, and appointment scheduling efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about hospital services and procedures.
- Coordinate patient flow to ensure timely access to healthcare services.
- Handle client concerns and escalate issues appropriately for resolution.
- Maintain accurate patient records and service documentation.
- Support administrative and front desk operations as required.
- Promote a positive and welcoming hospital experience for all clients.
- Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to improve service delivery.
- Uphold confidentiality and adhere to hospital policies and ethical standards.
Qualification Required & Experience
Requirements
- A Degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in customer service, healthcare administration, or client relations.
- Proven consultative communication skills with a strong customer-centric approach.
- High learning agility with the ability to adapt to a dynamic healthcare environment.
- Demonstrated innovation, initiative, and strong collaborative problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
