Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Officer to join our team. In this role, you will drive health, safety, and environmental initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and promoting a strong safety culture across all operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and safety audits.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
  • Investigate incidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
  • Deliver safety training and awareness programs for staff.
  • Maintain accurate HSE records and reports.
  • Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility across the organization.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as NEBOSH International General Certificate or IOSH Managing Safely.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in an HSE role.
  • Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
