Role Overview

The Heavy-Duty Truck Driver actively ensures the safe and timely transportation of goods and materials. The role is ideal for reliable, experienced drivers who prioritize safety, efficiency, and professionalism while representing the company on the road.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy-duty trucks to transport goods across designated routes

• Inspect and maintain vehicles to ensure roadworthiness and prevent breakdowns

• Adhere strictly to traffic regulations and company safety protocols

• Maintain accurate records of trips, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance

• Load and unload cargo safely and efficiently

• Communicate effectively with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries

• Report any vehicle defects, accidents, or incidents promptly

Qualifications & Requirements

• Ghana Driver’s License – Class F

• Minimum of BECE or WASSCE

• Ability to read and follow written instructions and road signs

• Strong knowledge of vehicle operation, road safety, and maintenance procedures

• Reliable, disciplined, and able to work independently

• Commitment to punctuality and professional conduct
