Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities to support organizational growth.
- Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Generate qualified leads and contribute to revenue growth initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends.
- Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements.
- Collaborate with HR and management teams to align business development strategies with organizational goals.
- Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and industry meetings to enhance brand visibility and build strategic connections.
- Monitor market developments and provide strategic recommendations to support business growth and competitiveness.
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client engagements.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or a related role.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and establish strategic partnerships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Strong relationship-management skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Proven ability to work independently and achieve performance targets.
