Role Overview

The HR Generalist will support day-to-day human resource functions, ensuring efficient HR operations and a positive employee experience. The role requires a proactive professional who can manage multiple HR activities while maintaining high standards of confidentiality and professionalism.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Provide guidance to staff on HR-related matters
  • Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant labour regulations
  • Contribute to a positive and productive workplace environment

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in a Human Resources role
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills

Preferred Skills and Requirements

  • Residence within Tema, Nungua, Ashaiman, Spintex, Kpone, or Tema New Town, or nearby areas
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a target-driven environment
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
