Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead our human resources function and drive a high-performance culture across our operations. You will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, enhancing workforce productivity, and fostering a positive and compliant workplace environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and implement HR strategies aligned with business and production goals
  • Develop, enforce, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and internal controls
  • Drive performance management systems, employee discipline, and workforce productivity
  • Oversee recruitment, on-boarding, and talent development for both plant and office staff
  • Ensure full compliance with labour laws, company policies, and industry regulations
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary processes
  • Promote a strong health, safety, and workplace culture within the plant environment
  • Partner with leadership to build a results-oriented, accountable, and engaged workforce

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
  • Master’s degree or professional HR certification is an added advantage
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience, preferably within manufacturing or heavy industry
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, employee relations, and HR best practices
  • Proven ability to manage workforce dynamics in a fast-paced, operational environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
