Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive HR Officer to support the human resources function and contribute to creating a positive employee experience. You will assist in implementing HR initiatives, maintaining compliance with labor laws, and supporting HR processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation accurately.
Support performance management, training, and development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with Ghanaian labor laws and internal HR policies.
Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
Assist with HR reporting, analytics, and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of Ghanaian labor laws and HR best practices is an advantage.
