Job Summary

Denker Industrial Limited is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to manage and support its human resource functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations while fostering a positive and productive workplace.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.

  • Ensure compliance with Ghana labor laws and company employment policies.

  • Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.

  • Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and performance management systems.

  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.

  • Monitor HR activities and maintain accurate HR reports.

  • Contribute to creating a professional and supportive work environment.


Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.


Experience & Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience.

  • Strong familiarity with Ghana labor laws and employment policies.

  • Knowledge of recruitment channels and talent sourcing strategies.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software.

  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
