Position Summary

BURN Manufacturing is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow sales operations in the Kumasi region. The successful candidate will develop and execute regional sales strategies, manage and coach sales teams, and drive revenue growth while strengthening customer relationships and market presence.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of sales performance management and market development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the regional sales team to deliver strong performance results.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration within the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance insights to senior management.
  • Ensure effective execution of promotional activities and product launches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth objectives.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and ensure strong after-sales support within the region.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales management with consistent achievement of targets.
  • Strong experience in team management, coaching, and performance leadership.
  • Ability to interpret sales data and market trends effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership ability with experience managing and motivating teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute regional sales plans.
  • Results-driven, detail-oriented, and adaptable under pressure.
  • Strong customer focus and commitment to relationship building.
  • High integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards in all business activities.
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to act on timely business insights.
