Job Summary
Oak Plaza Suites is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Officer / Payroll to support human resource operations and ensure accurate and timely payroll management. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining employee records, supporting HR processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process payroll accurately and on time
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support recruitment, on-boarding, and employee documentation processes
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies
- Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and HR matters
- Prepare HR and payroll reports for management review
- Coordinate leave management and attendance tracking
- Support employee relations initiatives and HR administrative functions
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information at all times
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Accounting, or a related field
- Proven experience in HR and payroll administration
- Knowledge of payroll systems, labor laws, and statutory compliance
- Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
