The successful candidate will ensure efficient HR administration, maintain employee records, support recruitment and onboarding processes, and contribute to a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily HR administrative and operational activities
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation processes
- Coordinate staff documentation, leave records, and attendance management
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
- Support payroll preparation and other HR reporting activities
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide administrative support to staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Assist in organizing training sessions, staff engagement activities, and performance management processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR operations or administration
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is an advantage
