Job Summary

The HR Specialist handles core HR tasks like recruitment, onboarding, employee support, and compliance. They work independently, help improve HR processes, and support junior staff to ensure smooth and effective HR services.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Operations & Compliance: Executes HR processes, maintains accurate records, manages HR data, and supports reporting and compliance requirements.
  • Recruitment & Employee Lifecycle: Assists with hiring, onboarding, transfers, promotions, exits, and coordinates orientation and staffing activities.
  • Employee Support & HR Programs: Handles employee inquiries, supports engagement activities and HR events, and assists with compensation, training, mobility, and policy updates.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in general HR functions, with HRIS experience preferred.
  • Skills & Knowledge: Understanding of HR policies and employment laws, ability to work independently and support process improvements, with HR project coordination is a plus.
