Job Summary

EON Engineering Solutions is seeking a highly organized and proactive Human Resource Assistant to support daily HR operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee record management, and administrative support while ensuring compliance with company policies and labour regulations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate shortlisting, and interview coordination.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with on-boarding and orientation processes to ensure a smooth integration of new employees.
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reports.
  • Monitor attendance, leave records, and staff movements, ensuring accurate tracking.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labour laws.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide general administrative HR support.
  • Contribute to the improvement of HR processes and employee experience initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar HR role is an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of Ghana Labour Law is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Strong time management, multitasking ability, and a collaborative team-oriented attitude.
