Job Summary
EON Engineering Solutions is seeking a highly organized and proactive Human Resource Assistant to support daily HR operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee record management, and administrative support while ensuring compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate shortlisting, and interview coordination.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with on-boarding and orientation processes to ensure a smooth integration of new employees.
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reports.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and staff movements, ensuring accurate tracking.
- Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labour laws.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide general administrative HR support.
- Contribute to the improvement of HR processes and employee experience initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar HR role is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of Ghana Labour Law is a plus.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
- Strong time management, multitasking ability, and a collaborative team-oriented attitude.
