Job Summary:

A reputable corporate organization is seeking an experienced Human Resource Officer to support recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and daily HR administration.

The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills and practical HR experience within a structured working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support performance management processes
• Handle staff welfare and employee relations matters
• Assist with policy implementation and HR reporting
• Support training and development initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years relevant HR experience
• Strong knowledge of Ghana labour practices
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Proficiency in IA tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini etc

Salary:

GHS 4,500 – GHS 7,000
