Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern to support daily HR operations and gain hands-on experience in people management processes. The successful candidate will help create a welcoming and well-organized workplace environment while developing practical HR skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the HR team in daily administrative and operational tasks
- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting vacancies and scheduling interviews
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Help prepare HR documentation, reports, and correspondence
- Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
- Assist in monitoring employee attendance and leave records
- Contribute to creating a positive and welcoming workplace environment
- Provide support in organizing staff engagement and training activities
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive HR information
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree (or currently pursuing a Degree) in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a professional environment
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
